Pre-Hung Exterior Doors
Replacing the screen door on the garage with a new steel door required installing a completely new frame.

|

Widening a closet door
A 24 inch wide door simply did not provide adequate access to a 6 foot wide closet. A little demolition and installing new bi-fold doors solved
the problem.

Bathroom Update
A bathroom makeover on a budget. Sure, elements may still be stuck
in the fifties, but they are easier to live with. Besides, you never know when peach and blue tile will be back in style!

The water damage was hidden behind a built-in bookcase. The temporary repair involved removing rotted wood and beefing up the structure. A proper repair came later.

The Second Floor Bedrooms {Finishing an Attic} {In Progress}
The second floor of the 1.5 storey house had already been finished, but improper insulation and bad wiring led me to completely gut it and start from scratch.

|

Deck Railing
The old deck railing was not up to code so it was replaced. The new
railing and stairs are sturdy and look good, too.

A quick temporary fix for a water damaged wall in the tub area. The
bathroom has numerous problems which will be addressed in the future.
