We are over budget and no where near complete. The only thing we've got going for us is no gas bills in the winter, it is 85 degrees almost everyday...all winter long. Our bills come in the form of Air Conditioning bills in the summer...but we can't quite afford to drop the coin on units for the new house...besides, fans keep the mosquitoes off of you while we are sleeping (we haven't quite gotten to the screens yet either).
