Ugh, i hear you about landscaping pain. Recently i've become a total convert to a homeopathic remedy - arnice montana. I'm no spring chicken, but was miraculously able to build a stone wall and walk the next day. You can probably get it in a health food store. My doctor even recommended it to me before surgery to keep the swelling down afterwards and it worked like a charm. Or take a bath in epsom salts - a great muscle pain reliever. Good luck!
